An online meeting had taken place between Pavel Ilin, Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in Hungary, and Natalia Katina and Vladimir Terentyev, Vice Governors of the Samara Region.

At the meeting, the participants discussed the current state and prospects of economic cooperation between the Russian region and Hungary. A number of projects in the field of transport engineering, agriculture, housing and public utilities and other areas that have good prospects for implementation in the near future were presented by the participants.

The meeting was attended by Alexander Merezhko, Business Ambassador to Hungary from Business Russia (All-Russia business association), István Szekeres, President of the Hungarian-Russian section of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Alexey Ilmetov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments of the Samara Region, Vera Shcherbacheva, Head of the External Relations Department of the Administration of the Governor of the Samara Region.
